After working for other companies for her entire career, and seeing recruiting done wrong, Dana Buonpane is doing it right.

With over 17 years of experience in recruiting, Dana is a subject matter expert in the recruiting field. She cut her teeth recruiting in the non-profit sector right out of college. After that, she moved into the RPO space, where she recruited for brands such as Goldman Sachs, Goodyear, Johnson and Johnson, Cigna and Aggreko.

While recruiting for Aggreko, Dana realized her passion for recruiting in the skilled trades industry. Stalking top talent is her specialty, and nothing makes her happier than finding a 'purple unicorn' candidate for her clients.

Skilled trades happens to be her niche because she knows how to build solid relationships with blue collar workers, and business owners alike.
